A combination of slow, deep, gentle movements, asanas (postures), pranayama (breath); and relaxation help to awaken and revitalise the body. Sunday evenings - 6.00 to 7.30, Greystones Grange Community Centre, Greystones Road. £3.00 OR Monday evenings - 6.45 to 8.15 Sharrow Community Hall (passed the footy’s reception), John St, £3.00 All ages welcomed…there is NO experience required, as we work within our own bodies abilities. Bring: Water. Wear: Free & loose clothing. If you have also bring: a mat, cushion and blanket.
