medusa Posted September 5, 2009 Share Posted September 5, 2009 The little chippy just at the bottom end of Loxley Road at Malin Bridge always used to do home made pies and my OH says they were very nice when he had them, but we haven't been there for a while so that may have changed. For a decent pie, go to Manchester/Lancashire and get a Hollands pie. Someone else who prefers the hollands pies too Everywhere in Sheffield seem to do pukka pies and they are pretty rubbish, hardy any filling and puff pastry!
