Claret
can't stand these rip off bars to be honest. i'd rather have somewhere cheaper to keep the prices in the area down, yes. £13 for a bottle of wine is average? rubbish. Wow. Where do you go drinking then? Weatherspoons?!!!!!!
dannio
Its confirmed....somebody has bought the chain name (not any of the pubs cos the all got sold off when they went bust about 2 years ago ) I used to work for Yates and they were always very reasonably priced. All food was under £7 / plate apart form mixed grills etc £2.20 a pint on weekends and loads and loads of mid-week offers both on food and drink. They even had 2 meals/ a sharing platter and a bottle of wine for £9.99 at certain times. Themed nights and loads of 2 or 3 for so much. Used to be 2 bottles for £2.50 or something and low cost pints...esp on premiums. Lets hall hope that the new owners have the same sort of vision
