Dorset Blade Posted August 13, 2009 Share Posted August 13, 2009 I attended Carfield Junior School, between 1956 and 1959, and then on to Carfield Secondary Modern until it closed in 1962. We were then transferred to Newfield and I was in classes 4.2 and 5.2 (RSA group), until I left in 1964. My nickname at school was "Mozzo". Part-time further education started with a year at Granville College (1964-65) on the "certificate in office studies" course. After that I spent two years at Chesterfield Technical College studying intermediate accountancy (1965-67) before finishing my formal studies at Sheffield Polytechnic (1967-69).
