Flat Stomach Tips??

lie on the floor face down. Go into a push up type position (feet flexed, legs straight, arms bent) and hold for as long as you can. You should aim for 1-2 mins (eventually), then try taking one hand off the floor (turning slightly to balance). It sounds easy, it's not. It definitely works.

There is NO single answer, merely a combination of exercise and good diet (and good genetics).

 

Easiest response: you'll find cutting back on the cake and doing a moderate amount of exercise will yield fantastic results over the months.
