khanmq Posted September 9, 2011 Share Posted September 9, 2011 early in morning try 2 do deep breathing for 10-15 mins empty stumach.when u breath in hold it tight few 2nds then let it go.then repeat for 10-15 mints but start slowly as 5 min day1 12 mints day2..................
