sycamore66j
Ive spent some happy hours up there over the years. every sunday morning, me and my brother and the dog would go up priory road,up through the top woods then down the middle field and back through the bottom woods, through the wampy bit behind ecclesfield dam, then sit outside the arundel and drink a few well earned pints of tetleys finest, then home for sunday. happy days. kev21662
They were usually the furthest extent of my wanderings (a couple of miles from home) when I was a kid. You get a good view of their double crescent shape from the top of Ecclesfield School playing fields.
