Since Dulo closed its doors, Mojo has begun a transformation inside, with new art, decor and impressive sound system added for starters. Still offering the cool, laid back and vibrant atmosphere that Dulo was famous for, we feel it is perfect place for Delve Deeper to host its intimate deep house parties. Kicking things off on out first event at Mojo, we are joined by some of Sheffield’s finest: Evans & Waterfall Little needs to be said to introduce this fast rising duo. The life-long friends kick started their career in house music by creating the hugely successful Sheffield based night, Electro Sexual. Having had the opportunity to DJ alongside some of the World’s biggest names, such as Paul Woolford, Nick Fanciulli & Dave Piccioni, they have built a sound knowledge and understanding of house to read a crowd and program an immaculate set, guaranteed to move a dance floor time and time again. He was a regular guest DJ for nights such as Deep Down and Therapy. A solid house music connoisseur who finds inspiration through names such as Franck Rodger, Ralf Gum, Rocco, Miguel Migs, George, Mario Fabriani, to name but a few. His sets blend seamlessly from U.S. percussive house through to deep, jacking and melodic rhythms. Production wise, Duncan, along with his production partner Eddy G, have had releases and remixes on labels such as Barcoda & Soul Funk Digital. Richard Evans Richard is a very versatile DJ who can cut it from deep through to tech and breaks. He is famed for the infamous 2S parties that happen throughout Sheffield each summer. Each event goes down if local folklore for the quality of the DJ’s and music on offer. If you haven’t attended one of these, add it to you to do list for next Summer.
