Morts Posted September 3, 2013 Share Posted September 3, 2013 There's a bit about this on the BBC web site. Sheffield and Milton Keynes were the main areas to have cable tv. Apparently Sheffield Council did not allow the 20,000 council houses to have a tv aerial on the roof and so cable tv was introduced. It was a total failure.
