Offering the finest latin cuisine with a modern European twist Mama Mia is a family run, fully licensed restaurant. We aim to provide wholesome, value food with a little dash of splendour, all served to you in a relaxed, comfortable environment. Our menu draws inspiration from our native Chile in South America and combines this with strong influences and tastes we have experienced upon our travels around the world. Clams con Alubias - fisherman's clams and alubia beans cooked with onion, garlic in a white wine sauce. Sauteed Scallops on a soft creamy leek puree and sumbuca sauce. For main we offer a choice of freshly made pasta, pizza and paellas and fish and meat which include, Zarzuela de Pescado - Chilean style fish stew of clams, mussels, red mullet, squid, prawns, white wine, and tomato served with warm home made bread and butter. Asado Argentino - flank of beef and chorizo Creole served with thyme and garlic relish. Pollo con Almedras - chicken fillet cooked with onions, pineapple, almonds, cream and dry sherry wine. For dessert we offer a selection of home made sweets. We also stock a fine range of latin wines including, Carmenere, Antano of Casanova, Maule Valley, Chile. Malbec/Syrah, Magallanes, Mendoza Valley, Argentina. Viura Vega Roble, Vino de Castilla, Spain. We also have a fine selection of rose and sparkling wines and champagne. For those who prefer lager we stock Quilmes, Mahou and Moretti.
