die 2B loco
For the November edition of infamous parties at The Lions Lair, fiesty young Cargo invite you to join them in the use of out of date (or 'old skool' if you must) superlatives! This months superlative is that wonderful word you never actually used: 'Rad'... London based record label Kinetic Groove first caught the eye of the wiley Cargo boys this summer after hearing some rad productions crafted out of sheer brainery and knob twisting dexterity by artists such as Loren, Ben Hoo and Robert Cashin. Never ones to miss a trick, team Cargo drafted in Kinetic Groove boss Stefan Cordery and label buddy Rich Vincent for their rad November event. Kinetic Groove is responsible for breaking some seriously rad artists, a host of rad parties throughout Europe, a rad-ass podcast and not least loads of rad productions and remixes. We can't wait to have the Kinetic Groove guys up from the capital for their Sheffield debut. Lets show them what a rad city Sheffield is. Next months superlative: 'Cosmic'. Maybe. __________________________________________________ _____________________ Stefan Cordery & Rich Vincent (Kinetic Groove) Cargo residents £3/£5 __________________________________________________ _____________________ SECRET AFTERPARTY [PASSES AND DETAILS RELEASED ON THE NIGHT] __________________________________________________ _____________________ :: About the Label Kinetic Groove was born in June 2007 by Stefan Cordery as a platform to release his own music, as well as that of his friends. What started as a hobby for Stefan has turned into a full time commitment with the label growing from strength to strength due to the high quality of artists involved and the infamous parties thrown by the label throughout Europe. Kinetic Groove’s first releases were made up of Electro House, Tech House and Breakbeat however as the label has grown and with the direction of Label Manager Stefan, has now positioned itself as an imprint releasing House, Tech House, Minimal and Techno, all from diverse and talented artists, some of whom are unsigned and in some cases undiscovered. __________________________________________________ _____________________ Kinetic Groove online: http://www.kineticgroove.com Kinetic Groove on MySpace: http://www.myspace.com/kineticgrooveuk Kinetic Groove on Juno Download: http://www.junodownload.com/labels/K...oove/releases/ Kinetic Groove Podcast: http://feeds2.feedburner.com/kineticgroove
