Lady Star Posted November 16, 2009 Share Posted November 16, 2009 Did anyone in South Yorks ever have a pudding called 'caramac' that had absolutely nothing to do with the little candy bars??? I went to school in nottingham, and it was a weird thing that should have been revolting yet wasn't... Wholemeal flan base, filled with a soft mixture that was caramel flavoured, thick, sweet and quite sticky... Been googling for recipes and nothing there???
