Starreader Posted December 5, 2009 Share Posted December 5, 2009 I have been unable to recieve incoming calls for a week but i have had no problems ringing out. TalkTalk say there has been twenty thousand similar problems in our area (Chapeltown). I have called them several times and they are saying they have engineers working on it. the1 Posted December 5, 2009 Share Posted December 5, 2009 My girlfreind has had something simlar, but instead of not being able to get incoming calls they haven't be able to make any outgoing calls for 4 days!. sarah_12 Posted December 5, 2009 Share Posted December 5, 2009 i used to be with them before i switched to virgin, there was allways a problem with the phone line or internet whenever i phoned customer services i hardly ever got a proper answer or help and before that i was bieng transferred from one advisor to the other for about 20 mins i was so relieved when my 18 month contract was over with talk talk , virgin is much better!
