petcharlie
Does anybody remember a Lagonda LG6 registration number HPA 27 that used to belong to Walter Fox and latterly Richard Fox? I understand that it was converted from a saloon to a drophead in the 1960's at the works. I now own this vehicle and would love to hear from anyone who remembers the car and even worked on it and hopefully might have some photographs while the car was there. Sorry I dont, I remember Richard Fox having a mini cooper which was stunning and a MGB with a Bermuda glass hard top but not the Lagonda.A car that came in for a restoration job that I remember was a two tone green Armstrong Sidley which when completed was gorgeous no expense spared.Sorry I was not able to be of much use it does sound nice. ---------- Post added 29-11-2013 at 12:06 ---------- Sorry I dont, I remember Richard Fox having a mini cooper which was stunning and a MGB with a Bermuda glass hard top but not the Lagonda.A car that came in for a restoration job that I remember was a two tone green Armstrong Sidley which when completed was gorgeous no expense spared.Sorry I was not able to be of much use it does sound nice. I remember Don Fox had a beautiful mark 10 jag and his mother had a rover 100 both white or cream.
Mike13
The old brown log book for the Lagonda states it was grey but it is now a maroon colour. If I can work out how to put a picture up I'll put one up.

dougiep
my old mate Stuart Armitage ,who worked at foxes, bought a lagonda chassis and running gear from Don, and stu and Ernie built a body for it, a 4 seater boattail I think.
