Hi Farhad, hope to come to the 8.30pm class this Thursday(if it's on??) as I have a meeting in town (makes a change from endless carol services). Sorry I just pop in occasionally - hope you don't mind. Cheers, Noel

You down this Thursday Noel ?

I had a great time last Thursday - wife had to push me out of bed on Friday morning and I had just about recovered enough to roll at Lagarto's class Saturday lunchtime. In theory between yourself, Lotar and Bomber Graham's new place I want to do some stand up every week. HOWEVER, I have my oral exam for my PhD on Tuesday week. So, I must get the head down and then resume normal service after that. Cheers, Noel

QUESTION: I want to train in a female only class and due to being new to it all can I be in a less busy class.?

ANSWER : We have the women’s only private class on Thursdays. This class is for women who are new to kickboxing (although some of the girls who are more experienced have been known to book this class sometimes as well). In this class you will be given a lot more One on One time than in any of the other classes. The cost for the women’s only class is more but still works out LESS than paying for a private lesson. If after the induction period you wish to continue to the next class up you can do. If you want to stay in the women’s only class then that choice is also available to you.

We had a couple of 3rd Dan Black Belt instructors turn up last night. They were both awesome and well done to them on being so open minded and willing to learn from another instructor.

The fight squad enjoyed sparring with these 2 newcomers who were prepared to leave the ego at the door and come and enjoy themselves with new training systems and new sparring partners.

If only there were more people with a similar mentality in martial arts.
