A New Year and a new venue for Sheffield's best burlesque night- Burly Q. Our new home is beneath the magnificent Abbeydale Picture House in Bar Abbey. Our first event promises to be a great one with award-winning and fantastic Scottish performers. Including Daiquiri Dusk (Ministry of Burlesque & Bizarre magazine's battle of burlesque winner 2008 & Britain's got talent performer 2009!); Vendetta Vain ("Gorgeous, playful burlesque- Fringe Review); Cat Aclysmic ("Social subservience & propriety are torn away to reveal darker erotic truths...evolving burlesque into a forceful art- The Skinny) & 'madcap and marvellous' boylesque performer Impressive Johnson. Joining them are our resident singer Ginger Hayworth, compere Penny Dreadful and 100% vinyl DJ's Den Iniquity & Cherryred. Tickets are already selling fast, but there are still some seated tickets available for £15 at http://www.burlyq.co.uk If you haven't already been to one of our events don't miss this chance to see some of the UK's most acclaimed performers in an intimate, all-seated setting.
