Has anyone got a Vibroplate?

Recommended Posts

Hello - they can cost up to 3 grand for a really good one. I'd reconmend trying one at a salon first. There's a place at southey green roundabout with one and loads of other places around the city. Hairdressers and beauty parlours and the like. They recomend ten minutes a day to start but I do much longer than that now. Its not just a matter of standing on it though. There's numerous attatchments like straps etc that you can use.

There is some vibration so a flat may cause a few problems. I tend to put the music on and that masks the noise.

The main benefit is it saves loads of time. No travelling to a gym and back.

We manage to use it together. One can do standing exercises and one uses the straps for arms.
