Everything must of been preheated cos they wouldnt even do pasta!!!!! and had to wait ages for a drink cos no staff :/ Unfortunate for your family but I've been going there for years and never had a bad experience. They obviously didn't get enough staff in for NY which was a mistake but I'd still rate them highly. Agree too about Buon Deli in Broomhill, food very good but it's pricey... The service is good...they keep an eye on your wine glass levels...although dont order the spinach and ricotta canelloni. There must be about ten bags of spinach in there. I left most of mine. BYO wine as well so costs kept down.
