jenz245
Completley agree with Strix call 0114 2202020. I would not have any problem with being charged a reasonable rate and 30p per minute isn't exactly premium rate if you were on a while Im sure the operator would call you back. It is probably 101 instead of 0800 due to mobile operators charging a bomb. It is Vodafone who are charging you incorrectly perhaps when your contracts up for renewal you should swith to a provider who doesn't take the mick! AJ sheffield
I dont believe you: From http://www.101.gov.uk/faqs/index.html Even if your on a mobile, its 10p. I suggest you have a go at you mobile operator and direct them to the link I provided. So what is it gonna be, the OP is a liar or the bill is wrong. Strix
My sister left vodaphone after a disputed bill - they sent supposedly the same bill 3 times, but each time it had a different total on it

TipaDIceberg
Hi SF, how is everyone today?? I was just wondering if anyone has had any comeback after calling the Sheffield council / police non-emergency 101 line? I called it recently to have a dead hedgehog removed and gave all my personal details including my address and phone number, and was wondering how confidential it really is if I was to use it to report anti-social behaviour or other complaints against neighbours. Has anyone used it to report other people and has anyone had anything come back as a result of it? Does anyone have any inside knowledge as to whether these really are safe and confidential? Thanks all, James

cgksheff
Be careful, you will have all that hedgehog's dependants beating a path to your door demanding that you support them.
