Flower Lady
Try Zara's at Crookes - food is excellent and they also do takeaway:)
Jakester
Jinnah at Ecclesfield stands out from the crowd. Fantastic and diverse menu where you can actually taste the ingredients.
Jamestd
My vote goes to the Mangla, not been for a while though so things could have changed.
Lyllth
I like Dilshad at Woodseats - really tasty and always friendly staff. I've heard good things about Kashmiri (?) - the new one that's opened up at Woodseats, but I've not got to try it yet... Aagrah's was nice in Leopold Square too. Favourite takeaway is probably Manzils in Broomhill or Dilshad
Ousetunes
Favourite takeaway is probably Manzils in Broomhill or Dilshad Probably the most consistently good takeaway (Manzil's). What about those 'ruby houses' which are no more? Bombay on Western Terrace, off West Street; The Curry Centre on London Road; Kashmir Palace in Crosspool; and The Stirrings on Oakbrook Road (haunt of very many last-thing-Sunday-nights-after-a-skin-full-of-Magnet). Guest
For takeaways I like Shads in Crookes. For cheap and cheerful eat-in I'd say Indian Chef in Crookes, or for a more upmarket eat-in Akbars near Meadowhall gets my vote.
