I know its nto the best gym around but location is everything and it would allow me to use other gyms around the country....talking of that does anyone know of any otehr 'chains' that are in sheff and over the north side of the city ? It's got everything you need for the reasonable price of around £33(?)/month - cheaper is you go in the daytime only. It's not quite as good as Millhouses for the cardio machines but the resistance machines and free weights are much better IMO. Go have a look, someone will show you around.
