A traditional three-course Burns menu for £20 including a dram of Talisker Whisky or glass of wine. Come and celebrate on this tradional Scottish evening. Some hae meat and canna eat, And some wad eat that want it, But we hae meat and we can eat, And sae the Lord be thankit. A wee Talisker dram or glass of wine tae start Cullen skink (Smoked haddock soup) Salad of smoked Rannoch venison Caramelised shallot, goats’ cheese and spinach tart Haggis, neeps and tatties ~ Rib-eye steak Balmoral with whisky, mushroom and cream sauce Loch Duart salmon cooked in a shellfish and tomato stew King scallops grilled in the shell with garlic butter Wild mushroom risotto ~ Sticky toffee pudding Chocolate and orange tart with orange compote Cranachan Selection of Scottish cheeses ~ £20 per person Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
