eastbank Posted January 21, 2010 Share Posted January 21, 2010 After sitting on a police officers desk for some time Matthew's file that has been translated into Greek is finally heading for Athens to be then transferred to the Greek prosecutor on Zante,hopefully by the deadline of the end of February those responsible for the youngsters murder will be sought after....that's all we've wanted. with the help of the british media including the Times and Independant we can keep this page one.... I certainly won't be going there. cheers mate...you know it makes sense.....the greeks didn't want to know until they had a call from a national newspaper saying i think an anti-greek campaign is on the cards...hey presto...matthews files on its way to athens... eastbank Posted October 28, 2010 Author Share Posted October 28, 2010 Excellent news eb, hope this results in an outcome the friends and family are happy with. we will keep plugging away....the greeks called the diplomatic police yesterday saying there were protesters outside their embo....but they were shocked to find just mum and dad plus three kids....camped opposite....mind you old easty had them worried...told them that if we didn't get justice...we were getting the old top rank party people to move in next door....
