jasd75
Is it invitation only? Was planning to go with a mate on Thursday for tea. Yep. It's just residents and I guess various others connected with the pub. Apparently we'll get a free meal and some free booze, which is nice. mogwai84
I've just been 'invited' to the pre-opening on Thursday the 16th. "Good for me" you might be thinking. I'll report back........ how did you get invited? I'm a resident and haven't heard anything.

Doom
I had a nosey through the window this lunchtime and noticed they will be having Jaipur on for opening night. There was also a beer called Sheaf with what looked to be a Thornbridge label....specially brewed for opening night? Regards Doom

Meaks
There was also a beer called Sheaf with what looked to be a Thornbridge label....specially brewed for opening night? Quite possibly, the Rawson Spring have always had their own 'Rawson Spring' ale on. Forget which brewery but think it's either Wentworth or Bradfield, although it will be one of their regular ales rebadged.
