Is it free to use paypoint at shops

I used to vastly prefer it because of the safety - you aren't entering any details on the internet.

 

Wish it had been available on full tilt - I must admit to being slightly worried about my details being with them, as they start to look dodgier and dodgier with all the revelations coming out.

 

I honestly didn't think it would be allowed. Unless I've read it wrong, doesn't it mean that underagers can just use the paypoint if they want to get away with being able to gamble? I am over 18 btw, just sayin'.
