How the time flies when you’re having fun. To make this a birthday to remember we’ve put together a simply massive line-up of Live and DJ talent. Running for a massive eleven and a half hours this is an event that will go down in party history and mark the start to another fantastic year for Shuffle.

 

Kicking off the proceedings we have a visit from the super hot MIIKE SNOW, making their live debut in the City. The 3 piece electropop band from Stockholm, Sweden are hot property right now after their huge critically acclaimed debut album, with the lead single ‘Animal’ and ‘Black and Blue’ smashing it. Their live show is super tight and keeps the energy going right from the start.

 

The club night itself kicks off straight after the show and my word it’s a beast….. Headlining we have a double hit of DJ talent debuting at Shuffle. CROOKERS and A-TRAK is a billing that anyone in the UK would kill for and it’s certainly a line-up we’re very proud to have at Plug.

 

Italians Phra and BOT make up the awesome Crookers duo. They’ve built their reputation on massive remix after massive remix, exploding on to the dance scene last year they rock massive basslines and beats like no other. DJ-wise they set the party right off, and this will no doubt be a super special set.

 

If that wasn’t enough we’ve added A-TRAK to the line-up… a genuine global megastar DJ we’ve grabbed one of only literally a handful of UK dates this year. Starting out life as a hip-hop DJ he’s won the DMC World Championship, and been reviled as the world’s best scratch DJ…. But that was then, this is now. He’s since turned his attention to electro house beats, and is remixing and making tracks that are smashing floors across the globe. Just check his remix of the Yeah, Yeah, Yeah’s ‘Heads Will Roll’ to catch the vibe. We are expecting big things from this guy, and he won’t disappoint…..

 

Completing the line-up we have the up and coming super hyped FENECH SOLER with a live PA. Fusing house beats, electro synths, pop hooks and catchy tunes they’re getting props from everyone in the media and they’re very much ones to catch now before it all blows up. What a birthday treat!!

 

Over in the Live room it’s FLOORFILLERS bringing its Saturday night magic into the venue for more weekend escapism. Chris Bibby and Hallam FM’s Ollie Hayes provide the party tunes.

At Shuffle he will be dropping the biggest dance anthems selected from the best years of your life, mashed up to the bangers of now:

Dizzee meets Pendulum, Deadmau5 rubs up to David Guetta, whilst Calvin breaks down into Faithless, Darude and the Prodigy.

 

He's presented specialist radio shows across the airwaves, interviewed the stars and took on the finest of international dj's and now he comes back to play every week in the best city in the land, Sheffield.
