R_kid Posted July 26, 2005 Share Posted July 26, 2005 has any one been to sharkeys just off west street? got to say i love me hip hop and deep funk and stuff. and thats the only place in sheff ive found aprt from phonetics nights, (who also do common ground) that do play good hip hop its upstairs if any 1 wants to go? can any 1 surgest anyywhere else whith the same sort of music style?? KidPhunk Posted July 26, 2005 Share Posted July 26, 2005 Easy R Kid I run saturday nights there - its of a similar style - breaks and beats (even drop a bit of drum and bass) and free - we need to improve the crowd - as I'm fed up of being asked for r and b or funky house - so if you like ya breaks/hip hop - good music in general pop down and bring a crowd.
