Totally off subject but noticed your post for exchange on another thread and was just curious where about in shiregreen you are and what style house you've got? I live on Keppel road in a semi detached corner house and can honestly say if it wasn't for wanting a certain style house, I wouldn't be moving because the neighbours are amazing and the area itself is really quiet and friendly. Mine is getting fencing done in the next month from the front right round to the side.
