GetItDone
"Full members must be able to satisfy our constitutional definition of ‘black’. Contrary to popular believe this does not mean you must be must be black as commonly understood, but rather have the ‘common experience and determination’ of people who are, because it is they that are typically far more likely historically and currently, to be on the receiving end of racism. Indeed we have a number of white full members, one of whom is currently an MBPA Executive Committee member." source So there is no bar to membership based on the colour of someones skin, therefore it is not a racist organisation. Simples. So who can't join then?

flamingjimmy
So who can't join then? People who do not have the "common experience and determination" of those who are "typically far more likely historically and currently, to be on the receiving end of racism." It may be a bit of a wishy washy definition, but it does mean that white people can join. And also, it still makes a hell of a lot more sense than any definition you've ever given for cultural marxism insanity.

JFKvsNixon
I want someone to tell me who can't join. I guess I couldn't join as well, if that helps. I'll ask around.
flamingjimmy
Who are they I don't know, it's clearly open to interpretation. The point is, white people are not barred because of the colour of their skin, the fact that a white man is currently an executive at the Merseyside branch is proof of that.
