rachelstocks
Does anyone remember a man named Ray / Rui who used to go in josephines or Tiffanys (or its previous name Locarnos, on London road) at that time? May have been half portugese/ spanish/italian. He was always dressed quite smart and had his hair slicked back. Wasnt very tall, drove a nice car.He was around 26 - 30 then. Olive skin. Bit of a ladies man. think he hung around with some latin american guys - Victor? Juan? if anyone has any information please contact me . If any one knows of other portugese people that have lived in Sheffield since the 70's that may know of him please pass this on. He may have also owned a jewellers on the top of cambridge street or a limosine/taxi company.
