The distinct lack of posts generated by this latest news speaks volumes about the total lack of confidence Sheffielders have in this Council actually delivering anything. pretty much total indifference to the announcement!

Mr Bramhall comments.."if we can't deliver this in this economic climate when could we deliver it" (or words to that effect)...well Mr Bramhall how about in the 7 years from 2000 to 2007 during one of the biggest economic and development booms in history?...
