haddy
The town centre is finished anyway. There's hardly any shops that you'd travel to. Far better at meadowhall or the short trip to.Nottingham

lil-minx92
On Radio Sheffield this morning a Labour councillor said he guaranteed an announcement and 'spades in the ground' within the next couple of months. Then later Leigh Bramall came on to say nothing is guaranteed yet. There is no private investment yet. They still have no agreement with one of the 3 private development partners shortlisted. He tried to put a positive spin on it but it's clear they are still floundering.

The smaller scale development on the Moor which was originally going to complete after Sevenstone is making good progress. For me they need follow this model. Sorry I didn't catch his name but he as good as said the development starts in the next couple of months. Bramhall insinuated that what he probably meant was work demolishing the grosvenor hotel would start soon. I suspect a severe reprimand was given! Penistone999
The words "drinking session" and "brewery" spring to mind where SCC are concerned.
