As I said in a previous thread I would still like to know who these consultants are, what they do or did and what benefit there was for the city. I did get an idea that the plans had been scaled back a bit to help with the cost, same with the new market building but assume that work would go to an architect or is that the same as a consultant Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
