Abelwell Foundation are right up there as one of most loved of UK reggae bands, with a strong soulful groove to their music. We are privileged to have them performing a live PA set at The Harley on Friday 26th March.

 

Abelwell Foundation has increasingly taken the reggae world by storm, becoming a familiar name in the music industry. Abelwell take ordinary life experiences like having a thing for someone and poetically mould them into energetic reggae. Their tunes range from big favourites to more modern sounding riddims, which can be enjoyed by a wide cross-section of reggae enthusiasts. Their vocals are unique and tight and I love how their MC blends his vocals with the singers. Their formula for reggae music is amazing inspired by gospel, reggae r’n’b, rap and oodles more.
