Maybe if Gustav was a musical man himself he should have just written a classic? And maybe Sheffields' most lauded DJ Chris Duckenfield uses his monthly All Ears party to etch his inner feelings onto the longing hearts of house music aficionados? Or it could well be less poetic than that. Yeah its definitely less poetic than that. Sorry to burst the arty farty bubble. In actual fact Chris loves nothing more than to play music on a loud system in a small room. All night. Add lots of beer, a sweaty room full of clued up would be muse-cum-subjects of Mr. Ducks poetry and you've just about summed up All Ears in 151 words. But I guess 151 words isn't really enough to constitute an adequate event blurb is it? OK well here are a few more. This time from that most famous of poets; Mr or Mrs. Anon: “Music is what feelings sound like.” Here at SAWA we're delighted to have one of the stalwarts of house music holding down an exclusive residency.
