Greybeard Posted March 26, 2010 Share Posted March 26, 2010 For those who eat porridge/oats but don't really enjoy it I would suggest doctoring it with Biopot yoghurt - plenty of flavours to choose from - I've found Rachel's or Onken to be the nicest. I like porridge anyway but ut gets a bit boring. And you can cook whole oats in the microwave, it just takes a bit longer than instant porridge. Daven Posted March 26, 2010 Share Posted March 26, 2010 I'm ashamed to say that I don't eat breakfast. I often get up at 5.45hrs and it takes several hours for my stomach to wake up !
