How do 'you' deal with stress?

How do 'you' deal with the stress of daily life? Paying the mortgage, Work, Exams, Illness, Break ups, Children, Debt, Unenployment, etc........

 

Do you ignore your problems? Do you seek help? Do you turn to drink? Do you start a hoby, listen to music, do some gardening, have a fag? etc........

 

Lets have some good suggestions please, this may be of some help to all of us in our times of need. :)

Sorry for replying to my own question guys, but it just struck me. There seems to be a lot of anti-smoking threads on the forum at the moment.

If you use smoking as stress relief, does the attitude to smokers add to your stress?
