Political Correctness

It's a black

It's a board.

This is an interesting point. Do some folk just look for offence where there is none?

if something is black then it is black - i'm so confused why thats offensive to people who's skin colour is darker than pink (are "white" people pink? or peach lol - most of the "white" girls nowadays are orange anyway lol (that was my lame attempt at being pc lol)

why can we still call them whiteboards also?

what are we meant to call things now if they are black?

Say what you feel. It's a crime against yourself to do otherwise. If some idiot tells you you're "politically incorrect", challenge them. Be confident with who you are. Nobody but you will understand the world from your perspective.

Just don't blindly accept racist doctrine. Use your critical faculties.

if someone can explain why we cant call it a 'blackboard' anymore id love to hear the explanation

It's still a blackboard...it always has been ..it always will be..stop listening to people with agendas who tell you it is no longer called a blackboard.

political correctness can go shove

the same words and phrases when spoken between the same people can be acceptable in one context and offensive in a different context

we need to accept that it's a bit of a grey area, mistakes are made, mistakes can be made in good OR bad faith and the difference between the two is massive, over-reacting makes it worse

trying to restrict the language people use to some sort of black and white rulebook is stupid though eh?
