JoeP
As a general rule of thumb you don't go far wrong with office conservative. Dress for the job - if it's office work I'd go for the suit. If you get the job you can dress to suit then. Whatever tests you're given it's too late to worry about now so just relax and do what you can with them. Good luck! SilentStatic
I would've said to phone and ask what type of tests they are, but probs bit late now. Just relax and be yourself.
Elphi 24
tip for you - make a list of the essential and desirable criteria they are looking for and keep it discretely where you can see it. Make sure that you get in everything that they are looking for whether or not they ask you about it or not - be a bit of a politician!!
tslogf74
Dress code depends on the type of work but I would always try and err on the side of being too smart, rather than too casual. I once had an interview where I was wearing a suit and the interviewer was wearing shorts and sandles. I got the job
Mo
Read up on equal opportunities ie disabled, women, ethnic minorities, gay/lesbian. This is certain to come up.
Debk
Plan some questions to make it a 2 way interview. What would the job entail, who else is in the department, what training will be given, what opportunities are there for progression? Why is the job vacant? Be on time & dress smartly. for more info look on http://www.managementbank.com (interview tips). Good Luck!
