Anyway, the doctor did have some words of consolation for me - she said she'd seen lots that were even more aged than mine - some that day!

Some days I think thank god I wasn't clever enough to be a doctor.

Actually, now I think of it, wasn't my appointment earlier than yours? That must have been the bit she mumbled!*shock/horror*

I joke about getting old all the time but in truth....its not so bad. Age is in the mind, I tell you. I know some 30 year olds that are old, old, old and I know some 70 year olds that are teenagers.

 

In my mind, I'm still a youngster, even if my birth certificate says otherwise.
