Ignoring the rest of your copy and pasted nonesense for a moment, why does this last statement contradict everything that is stated previously? John X France has never been a full member of NATO, it dosn't partake in NATO manouvers and holds its nuclear deterant separate from the NATO. It dosn't contribut financialy towards NATO either.
