Dana Posted April 6, 2010 Share Posted April 6, 2010 a month ago i took out insurance with auto direct via the uswitch website. since then they say they have sent my insurance documents to me 3 times as i had rang them and said they hadn't arrived. they said they could guarantee delivery if i paid £5 for special delivery, but i suggested they contact the post office if they say they have sent 3 lots. Dana Posted April 6, 2010 Author Share Posted April 6, 2010 they have checked the address 3 times which is why i suggested they contact the post office. some years ago we had a dodgy postman who didn't deliver all the post. i got some post a year after it had been sent. they won't send it email, they want me to spend £5 to get them sent it special delivery which is why i was wondering if they were a dodgy firm.
