EmilyM
I have noticed if I try to put my car into first gear whilst coasting up to a give way junction, it is sometimes hard to engage first gear whilst the car is still moving. Sometimes it feels like I am forcing the lever in and it makes a grinding noise. I'm not sure if this indicates a problem with the clutch/gearbox or if its just a quirk my car has. Also is it a bad idea to set off in second gear a lot? (Not on purpose)
