sams town
This is the best effin night in Sheffield this weekend, even if you are not a massive Bowie fan its well worth a visit. I went last time they played at West Street Live,.... top performers.
Lee2
I agree they are a great band but it was so packed the last time they were there we left without seeing their 2nd set as you couldn't move. Victims of their own success i guess!
Jared
hopefully should be a bit more comfortable this weekend!

Lee2
We'll be there. Can't recommend them highly enough, excellent band!
Lee2
Bit disappointed with the bowie contingent. Supposed to be onstage at 9pm per the top post. Waited til 9.45pm with no sign of movement on the stage then left as we were meeting other friends at 10 in a different bar. Thought we'd have seen the first set at least. Pity really as they are a great band.
1960boy
Bands have started to leave it 'til 10 o'clock lately, ruins my schedule.
Jared
apologies for the misinformation, start times for sets are never a finite time and depend on a number of factors on the night (band, sound engineer and DJ's preference, level of attendance at the particular time etc) plus I always advertise the band as starting earlier than they will do on the night to allow for customers tardiness so that people don't miss out. Supa_Noodle
I was a huge Bowie fan and called in on Saturday night not knowing they were on. Had a great time and would love to see them again with my bro. Any upcoming local gigs due?
