bush16
everytime we turn sky off and put it back on there is no signal and we have to unplug it and plug it back in we are in a flat with a communal aerial
Berberis
If its power, it may be a dodgy sky box, if it’s the aerial, it may be the booster going TU. Contact your maintenance people who should be able to fix the problem.
HayleyJayne
My bf used to work for Sky tech... you need to call them so they can run some checks as some settings may need changing. Otherwise it may just be your signal - do you turn it off completely or just onto standyby? We used to have the same problem (error 25 and 28) until we got a HD upgrade and its working much better now... however we just used to leave ours for a min or two and it would sort itself out!! Hope you get it sorted x

willman
This may sound a silly question - but why does anyone turn off the sky box as a matter of daily routine?
