Gentle Slumber - A Poem By Graham WD Wallace

Recommended Posts

When your hopes and dreams lay slumbering, gently beneath the snow.

They but await a warm gently breeze to stir them anew,

Warmth from friends, from family, from loved ones,

From belief in yourself, in others, in life.

Like the sun they rise to heights unrivalled

Shining down upon you, lighting the way,

Everything happens for a reason, every love lost, every lesson learned,

Life goes on, life is for living, dreams are for dreaming, hope never slumbers long.
