I don't get many chances to meet new people at the moment so I thought I'd post on here! I'm very comfortable in myself and the way my life is going - it's hard work but I enjoy it - when I'm not working I'm usually so relaxed you'd swear I was horizontal! I'm not looking to "pull" but rather to enjoy some good times with someone who sparkles. I'm relatively fit, 5' 11", average build, dark hair, blue eyes, and struggle with almost permenant "just got out of bed" hair. I'm almost physically attached to my iPod but can be persuaded to remove it in aid of conversation. What am I looking for? A girl to eat out with and chill with and see where things go. I've had a couple of long term relationships with older and younger women - and I'd really like to meet someone strong willed and interesting to spend some time with. I don't like immaturity (I do like being silly though!) or excessive vanity. I enjoy eating out and pubbing - my clubbing years are well behind me now though so that doesn't interest me any more! I do, however, love cooking and eating! My idea of a super evening after work would be cooking a nice meal and then crashing out on the sofa in good company with a bottle of wine or some Pimms and a great movie! Things I like in a girl? Funny, interesting, flirty, curvy, big smiles, confident but not conceited, happy go lucky outlook on life. Why here? I didn't want to use a dating site and I read a few of the previous posts and it seemed like you are a nice bunch! T.V.: Scrubs, Spooks, BBC News, House, Lost, HIGNFY, documentaries - that kind of thing. Music: Bjork, Tori Amos, We are scientists, Blur, Radiohead, some dance music (progressive trance and the like). Film: Die Hard! Amelie, Memento, Moulin Rouge... interesting things. Interests:Going out and having a laugh, going to the cinema, having quiet nights in watching films. Hopefully i can also get 'going to the gym' back on this list too. Love listening to music, mainly rock/punk/metal. Wouldnt mind having someone to go to local gigs with. Looking for: Someone to have a laugh with. Not on the look out for a relationship at the moment, but someone to get to know, as a mate... then see where it goes.
