Did anyone know Hazel Lumb, who used to live at Fence (Woodhouse) on Sheffield Road?

She was married a long time ago (name not known).

Was a good singer at local chapel and worked at Sheffield Tax 0ffice in 1960`s

I was delighted to see your message .

Recently I have been thinking a lot about the past (I am 77 years old and in poor health) and like to remember people who have given me great happiness and naturally wonder how they are now.

If you would be so good as to tell Hazel I would be so grateful.

Will you ask her which means of communication would suit her and let me know via Sheffield Forum?

I am not sure how secure this site is and I don`t want my Email address etc to be made public!

You can tell Hazel that it is Barry who is asking after her.

I remember Hazel Lumb - she was in my year at Woddhouse Grammar Scool (Sept 1951 to Jul 1958).

Last time I saw her would be at the funeral of our old music techer Miss Gill which was, I think, 2004 or 2005.

She will remember me - Victor Marshall Hutchinson, now living in Malaysia, near to Kuala Lumpur
