It seems to be happening more. These kind of people ruin it for everyone else and they are the very reason why we have the government anti binge-drinking campaigns lately! I don't think its happening any more than it used to. Bank Holidays are always the worst as idiots in their late teens or early 20's start acting the big'un only to realise that by 7pm and 4 pints of Fosters later they realise they aren't quite as "hard" as they thought.
