Scozzie Posted April 25, 2010 Share Posted April 25, 2010 Being a dog owner myself I think sheffield council should make it compulsary for all dog walkers to carry clean up kits and anyone found walking a dog without one should be fined £100. They are dangerously unpredictable and roads and modern traffic are simply not the place for them. I don't care if the joy of riding a horse is that you are taming something essentially wild. The road is not where you should take anything that is not 100% under control. Little girls on big uncontrolled animals and any fast-moving vehicle is a recipe for disaster.
